We try our very best to ensure prices and product information are listed on the website correctly in the first instance, however, if by a human or technical error, something has been listed incorrectly, MyPhysio reserves the right to amend prices. MyPhysio also reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We will endeavor to contact you and inform you if this has occurred.
You will be charged the Fee following your receipt once the session is booked. You agree to pay to MyPhysio all Fees, whether or not you dispute the amount of the charge or the quality or nature of the services provided. You acknowledge that Treatments obtained through the Service in all likelihood will not be covered services under your insurance plan. You acknowledge and agree that MyPhysio will not file any claims with your insurance plan or any other third-party medical benefits program and that the services you receive from or through MyPhysio may not be eligible for reimbursement under such plans. You acknowledge, understand, and agree that when using the Service, you may be responsible for standard phone, data, and messaging charges from your wireless carrier. Under no circumstances will MyPhysio be responsible for any wireless email, data, phone, or text messaging charges incurred by you or by a person that has access to your wireless device, telephone number, or email address. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment’’ We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE’’ Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules’

Once the payment is made a confirmation notice will be sent to the Client via email or SMS/WhatsApp within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The confirmation is subject to the mode of booking.
In the event of a cancellation before your scheduled Treatment with MyPhysio:
a. No refund nor credit will be given to a Client who cancels their session 2 hours before:
1. If a Client canceled his/her session 2 hours before they are entitled to pay a penalty fee of Aed 50.00.
2. If a Client canceled his/her session 30 mins before they will be charged of a full amount for the session.
b. Prior to the 24hrs, there will be no cancellation charges. The Client will receive a voucher valid for 1-month from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
c. If the Client did not use it within a month, the Client must pay a reinstatement fee of Aed 30.00.
d. A Client package is valid for 3 months only. A Client must exhaust all their sessions within the given period. If a Client is unable to use all of their session, an option to freeze is allowed, if only:
Traveling outside the country/abroad.
Emergency cases, i.e., medical operation/surgery.
A reinstatement fee will be charged with Aed 45.00 (1-month extension only).
6. PROMOTIONS
Pricing is subject to change without notice, including flash sales and promotions.
Discount codes are valid on full-price items unless otherwise stated. All discount codes are valid for a specific period of time and therefore orders made before or after the advertised promotion will not be reimbursed. Promotions will be advertised through select media, as chosen by MyPhysio.
7. REVIEW OF TERMS
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes. The policy terms and conditions on the printed invoices are subject to change without prior notice. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website

Unless otherwise indicated, MyPhysio reserves all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, copyright in material and services provided by the website. The material provided on the website is provided for personal use only and may not be resold, sold, redistributed, reproduced, duplicated, copied, or otherwise exploited except for the purpose of a bona fide use of this site or as otherwise permitted by the written consent of MyPhysio.

All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties. MyPhysio recognizes the importance of your privacy, and that you have a right to control how your personal information is collected and used. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that seriously. Unless you directly give us consent to do otherwise. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

16. GOVERNING LAW
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.
